Any bleach, straightening, perms, or self-coloring in the past 2–3 years
What you’d like to achieve — or a photo you like (reference images are very welcome)
Any damage, breakage, frizz, thinning, or past experiences that went wrong
When you’re available, especially if you’re visiting Sapporo on a specific trip
